Do I need to read the book before the workshop?

No, it is not required. The workshop is designed to be self-contained. That said, reading the book beforehand will allow you to go further and faster during the session.

Are sessions held in person or online?

Both. Mohamed SI AHMED delivers sessions in person. Depending on the needs, sessions can also be held via video conference with the same quality of coaching.

How long before seeing results?

The first structural changes are visible within the first 30 days. Measurable results on revenue and margin generally appear between 60 and 90 days depending on your stage of development.
